Par ailleurs, nous prenons également en charge toutes les démarches administratives : permis de construire ou déclarations préliminaires de travaux, diagnostics techniques, établissement des dossiers d'appel d'offres, descriptif détaillé des prestations , détails quantitatifs , conditions administratives et particulières , analyse des devis, négociation et enfin, rédaction des contrats de construction .

From the initial sketch to technical plans, we create your plans in close collaboration with our architects. Additionally, we also handle all administrative procedures: building permits or preliminary work declarations, technical diagnostics, preparation of tender documents, detailed description of services, quantitative details, administrative and specific terms and conditions, analysis of quotes, negotiation, and finally, the drafting of construction contracts

  • We guarantee the direction, quality control, and compliance of the work performed with respect to the contractual project documents.
  • We compile a weekly site report (+ photos of the work) that we send to all stakeholders and the client.
  • We monthly review the invoices from the contractors in comparison to the work completed and the contractual documents, and we prepare payment proposals for the client.
  • We prepare and negotiate any quotes for modifications or additional work if necessary.
  • We conduct a pre-reception of the work and request compliance according to the expected quality and in accordance with the contractual documents.
  • We organize the final acceptance of the work and hand over the keys to the client.
  • We oversee the work until the resolution of any issues identified after acceptance, and any latent defects during the one-year warranty period.
  • Finally, we provide advisory services to the client in the subsequent years for any potential after-sales service needs
